The Walkmen: UFC 235 Walkout Tracks

The biggest mixed martial arts event of the New Year was stacked with Ultimate Fighting Championship stars and excellent action. The same can be said about the music each fighter used as his and her walkout theme and on Saturday inside T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, it was a plethora of music genres.

UFC light heavyweight king Jon Jones put his crown on the line against knockout artist Anthony Smith in the main event of UFC 235. “Bones” opted with a mashup of champ-related songs; “We Are the Champions” from the legendary Queen and “The Champ is Here” from Jadakiss. Opponent “Lionheart” walked to battle underneath the rumbles of “Return of the Mack” from Mark Morrison.

Other standout tracks of the night were “Ain’t No Grave” from the late, great Johnny Cash (Robbie Lawler); “We Will Rock You” from Queen (Cody Garbrandt); “Give Up the Funk” by Parliament (Ben Askren) and once again Queen, with “Another One Bites the Dust” (Mickey Gall).
