Cage Combat Academy standout Dominick Reyes has been phenomenal inside the Octagon, from his quick TKO of Joachim Christensen to his win over former title challenger Ovince St. Preux. He’s undefeated in 10 bouts and is currently ranked No. 10 at 205 after only four Ultimate Fighting Championship appearances.

In his one-sided victory over St. Preux, Reyes proved he is ready to take on the bigger fights, and that includes Volkan Oezdemir, himself a former title challenger. They will square off this coming weekend at UFC Fight Night 147. As "The Devastator" looks to demonstrate championship caliber, get to know more about him through these career-defining numbers:

5: Wins without a loss as an amateur mixed martial arts fighter and became a University of MMA champion twice. Four of those five bouts ended within a round. Reyes’ success in the amateurs would continue when he hit the pro ranks.

203: Seconds was all it took for Reyes to ace his professional MMA debut. He won via TKO over Jose Rivas Jr. at King of the Cage: Fisticuffs.

55: Seconds was all he needed to overcome Jesse Glass at Gladiator Challenge: Carnage. This was his second professional fight, and it was even quicker than the first. Reyes submitted his opponent with a front choke in the very first round.

3: Full rounds with Kelly Gray at King of the Cage: Sinister Intentions. It marked the first time Reyes reached the final bell. Nonetheless, he dominated his opponent and won via unanimous decision.

27: Seconds is his fastest finish to date. After his stint with King of the Cage, Reyes enlisted at Hoosier Fight Club 32 held in Michigan City, Indiana. The win came via head kick, and the recipient was Marcus Govan.

2: Head kick knockouts on his resume. "The Devastator" followed up his stoppage of Govan with another stunning head kick KO, this time on Jordan Powell. The video of this match went viral as Powell appeared to be showboating a bit when Reyes’ left foot connected.

29: Seconds into the first round and Reyes impressed UFC fans. In his Octagon debut, Reyes was welcomed by two-fight UFC veteran Christensen. It proved to be one of the greatest debuts in the promotion’s history and earned the debutant Performance of the Night honors.

8: First-round finishes. Only Gray and St. Preux were able to survive Reyes’ attacks enough to hear the last bell. His round 1 victims in the UFC include Christensen, Jeremy Kimball and Jared Cannonier.

94: Significant strikes against St. Preux’s 38. The two light heavyweights engaged in a three-round war at UFC 229. Reyes took the unanimous decision victory. Later on, he admitted that St. Preux was his toughest challenge inside the cage.

2: Victories by submission. Reyes is primarily known for his heavy hands but he does have wins by tapout. Apart from his front choke stoppage of Glass, he beat Kimball by rear-naked choke.
