Combate Americas to Return Aug. 11 on Fight Pass

Combate Americas will return to UFC Fight Pass on Aug. 11 for its next event.

Company officials announced early Friday that the Exchange in Los Angeles will host a 10-bout card featuring a featherweight main event between Erick Sanchez and Angel Cruz. Additionally, Kyra Batara will oppose Lisa Ellis in a featured women’s atomweight clash while Jonathan Martinez will take on Benny Vinson and Heinrich Wassmer will fight Benji Gomez at flyweight.

Also slated for the event: Izic Fernandez will take on Marcos Bonilla in a featherweight tilt; Yoandy Carrillo will stand opposite Erick Gonzalez; Jose Estrada will lock horns with Christian Cardona at 155-pounds; flyweights Jonathan Santa Maria and Albert Tapia will scrap; and Daniel Rodriguez will collide with Hector Saldana.

One final preliminary bout is expected to be announced soon.
