Will Brooks will defend his Bellator MMA lightweight title against Dave Jansen at the newly announced Bellator 136 on April 10.
In addition, middleweight Joe Schilling will make his second promotional appearance against Rafael Carvalho.

Brooks was last in action at Bellator 131 in November, when he defeated Michael Chandler for a second straight time. “Ill Will” has been victorious in five consecutive outings since being knocked out by Saad Awad at Bellator 91.
Jansen dropped fights against Kamal Shalorus and Ricardo Lamas under the World Extreme Cagefighting banner in 2010, but since then has rallied off seven wins in a row. “The Fugitive” has yet to be defeated inside the Bellator cage.
Schilling returned to mixed martial arts for the first time since 2008 at Bellator 131, where he emphatically knocked out Melvin Manhoef. The 31-year-old plans on having a busy 2015, as he will compete for both Bellator and kickboxing organization Glory.
Carvalho has not lost since his first professional fight. Since then, the 28-year-old Brazilian has defeated 10 straight opponents, with nine of those wins coming by way of knockout.
