All 20 competitors have been granted a license to fight at Strikeforce's inaugural event in Dallas.
Sherdog.com confirmed on Thursday with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation that each of the fighters has navigated the licensing process and should see action on Saturday at Strikeforce “Overeem vs. Werdum.”

Barnett (Pictured), in particular, has seen his licensing process followed by the MMA media since his participation in the tournament was announced. The heavyweight has not fought in the states since January 2009, the same year he tested positive for banned substances in California. However, Sherdog.com has confirmed that Barnett, like the rest of the fighters competing on Saturday, has earned his license after submitting both paperwork and a blood test.
The main draw airs on Showtime and will feature another pair of pivotal heavyweight tilts, as Daniel Cormier meets Jeff Monson and Valentijn Overeem faces Chad Griggs. Additionally, former welterweight title challenger K.J. Noons will lock up with surging prospect Jorge Masvidal.
Prior to the Showtime telecast, the evening's preliminary card will air on HDNet and will be headlined by an intriguing lightweight confrontation between Justin Wilcox and Gesias “JZ” Cavalcante.
