Welcome back to the Sherdog Staff Pick 'Em, where this week we will take our best shots at the 14-fight behemoth that is UFC Fight Night 196

Speaking of behemoths, the biggest story of the week by far was of course Paulo Costa, who came in apparently heavy, forcing his middleweight main event against Marvin Vettori first to a 195-pound catchweight, then all the way to light heavyweight. That move further shook what already felt a bit like a one-fight event, but at least "UFC Vegas 41" features mostly close matchups all up and down the card.
