Meanwhile, BT Sport is the lone broadcaster showing UFC Fight Night 218 live in the United Kingdom. Coverage for preliminary fights begins at 7 p.m. BST, with the main card scheduled to start at 9 p.m. BST. BetUS.com taps Spivak as a -235 favorite, with Lewis as a +185 underdog. In the co-headliner, Jung is favored at -260, with Clark coming back at +200.

Lewis, 37, enters the Octagon on the heels of back-to-back losses. He last appeared at UFC 277, where he succumbed to punches from Sergei Pavlovich just 55 seconds into the first round of their July 30 encounter. Lewis holds a 17-8 record in the UFC, with victories over Francis Ngannou, Alexander Volkov and Curtis Blaydes.

Spivak has rattled off five wins in six outings, including two straight. The 28-year-old Moldovan last fought on Aug. 6, when he buried Augusto Sakai with punches in the second round of their UFC on ESPN 40 pairing. Spivak has delivered 13 of his 15 professional victories by knockout, technical knockout or submission.

UFC Fight Night “Lewis vs. Spivak” also features a heavyweight clash slotting Marcin Tybura (-135) opposite Blagoy Ivanov (+105), a featherweight tilt pitting Doo Ho Choi (-190) against Kyle Nelson (+155) and a welterweight affair matching Yusaku Kinoshita (-350) with Adam Fugitt (+250). A lightweight “Road to UFC” tournament final anchors the undercard, as Anshul Jubli (-120) confronts Jeka Asparido Saragih (-110) at 155 pounds.
