By The Numbers: Anatoliy Malykhin vs. Kirill Grishenko

A life-altering moment awaits either Anatoliy Malykhin or Kirill Grishenko in One Championship.

The unbeaten contenders will square off for the interim heavyweight title when they face one another in the makeshift One Championship “Bad Blood” main event on Friday in Kallang, Singapore. Incumbent champion Arjan Singh Bhullar expects to the meet the winner in a unification bout later this year, so long as he can settle his contractual differences with the organization. Malykhin carries a perfect 9-0 record into the cage. He has not fought since he buried Amir Aliakbari with punches in the first round of their One Championship “Revolution” pairing on Sept. 24. Grishenko, meanwhile, enters the match with a pristine 5-0 mark in tow. He last competed at One Championship “NextGen,” where he took a three-round unanimous decision from Dustin Joynson on Oct. 29.
