Quinton Jackson, on “The Savage Dog Show,” discussing Rich Franklin and Chael Sonnen, whom he believes criticized him:

“If I see Rich Franklin, I don’t know if I won’t smack him. I’d be fighting right now. I hope I’m all healed up and in shape when I see him. Then I heard something about Chael Sonnen said something. I ain’t going to take no he-say she-say. I want to get 100-percent proof that Chael Sonnen opened his mouth because everybody knows Chael Sonnen’s got a big-ass mouth. I ain’t scared of Chael Sonnen’s wrestling skills. If I see them, I’m fighting. There ain’t no rules when you fight -- MMA is a sport. I don’t lose my temper. I’ve only lost my temper one time in a fight. That was against Ricardo Arona and I pray I never lose my temper again because I feel like I could have killed him if things would have went wrong. I don’t want to end up killing nobody in the cage, but if I see people that talked smack about me and they’re a fighter too and they should know better, I can’t stand that.”
