Monday announced it has expanded its television presence to include
“mun2,” and NBC-operated network that targets young Latino
viewership.
The English language hour-long highlight shows will debut on “mun2” April 17 at 10 p.m. ET, and will follow each Saturday through Bellator’s season two and three events.
A press release sent to the media on Monday says “mun2” reaches 34 million homes in the U.S.
“From Day 1, Bellator has recognized and respected Hispanic consumers as some of the greatest MMA fans in the world -- particularly young Latinos,” stated Bellator founder and CEO Bjorn Rebney in the release. “Given this, expanding our alliance with NBC and Telemundo to air weekly highlight shows on mun2 is a perfect fit for Bellator. We’re excited to become a part of the mun2 programming lineup and family and are proud to reaffirm our commitment to the countless Latino Bellator fans from coast to coast.”
